Designing a Jack Skellington water bottle Holder

Okay... I have had a special request for a Jack Skellington water bottle holder.  Here are the items that I found on the Internet that look like they could help me....

Hmm.  The person wants just black and white --  well, wish me luck :)

I like the round head.  I also like the bat-like wings at the top.  Hmm.... I will start with a black water bottle holder, and see if I can add to it :)
